All our products are shipped and supplied by reputable logistics partners across Europe , such as DHL or local postal services .

All orders are processed within 3 to 6 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order confirmation is received. In rare cases, processing may take up to 10 working days if the requested item is temporarily out of stock at the factory.

We offer one standard shipping option:
Free Shipping — 13 to 20 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Each order is packed using protective internal packaging to ensure the product arrives safely and in perfect condition at your address.

If you have received a tracking number via email, it means your order has been processed and dispatched to a distribution center. Once your tracking status changes from “Ready to Ship” to “In Transit,” delivery usually takes 10 to 16 working days to reach your home.
